b. Sensitive Data: Child mental health records, therapy reports, behavioral assessments (collected only with explicit parental consent).
c. Financial & Transactional Data: UPI IDs, donation receipts, account information (stored via third-party payment gateways).
d. Device/Usage Data: IP addresses, cookies, location, browser metadata, and analytics.

4. LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING
a. Consent: Collected explicitly before processing sensitive personal data.
b. Contractual Necessity: Required to deliver services.
c. Legal Obligation: To comply with audits, FCRA (under process), taxation laws.
d. Legitimate Interest: Program analysis and service optimization.

5. CHILDREN’S DATA & GUARDIAN CONSENT
We obtain verifiable consent from parents or legal guardians before collecting any data about minors. This is in line with the IT Rules, 2021 and the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.

6. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal and therapy data for a minimum of 3 years after the conclusion of therapy services unless legally required to retain it longer. Data is then securely deleted or anonymized.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA PRINCIPALS
You have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion
- Withdraw consent
- Lodge a grievance with the designated officer
