Shipping & Exchange– Healing Nest 

 

Healing Nest Foundation primarily operates as a service organization, offering therapy services for children and adolescents. However, we also provide products created by our Titli School team, including gifting kits and corporate hampers, as part of our vocational and fundraising initiatives. The following policy applies to all product-related logistics:

Nature of Services


- All offerings on our website are services, including therapy sessions, assessments, home visit programs, or institutional support.
- Donations are received through our “Donate Now” button and are intended to support our programs for children and adolescents.

Shipping of Products (Titli Kits & Hampers)


• Products are handcrafted and assembled on demand, with an average dispatch time of 7–15 working days, which might differ for bulk orders.
• Shipping timelines may vary based on volume, customization, and location.
• Customers will receive tracking details post-dispatch.

Delivery Areas


• We offer delivery both within India & abroad on a prepaid basis only.
• For all orders, porter/shipping charges will be additional & applicable.

Exchange Policy

 

1. Service Context
- “Exchange” in our context refers to the ability to reschedule a booked service (e.g., therapy session) within the scope of our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Each family is allowed three (3) reschedules per month. Requests beyond that will be considered as lapsed appointments.

 

2. Product Context
• Exchange requests will be entertained only in case of:
  – Damaged items during shipping
  – Incorrect product delivered
• All such issues must be reported to healingnestfoundation@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the package, along with clear photos and order details.
• We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or aesthetic preferences.

 

Digital Services/Therapy Sessions


   • Therapy bookings made through the website are not applicable under this shipping/exchange policy.

  • Session delivery is either conducted in-person (at our centers or at home/school) or virtually through online platforms.

  • Any issues regarding service quality or appointment execution should be directed to our center reception at +91- 93151 22129.

 

In-Kind Donations and Physical Deliveries


In case of any in-kind donation drives or events involving physical items (books, uniforms, etc.), separate logistics, timelines, and acknowledgments will be provided directly to the donor.

Legal Jurisdiction
 

This policy is governed by the laws of India. The jurisdiction for any legal matters shall be New Delhi, India.
