Cancellation & Refund– Healing Nest
Healing Nest Foundation is committed to providing timely, personalized, and compassionate care for every child and family. As a service-based organization, we strive to maintain transparent and fair policies that ensure our operational sustainability while supporting families in their unique journeys.
Effective 1st August 2025, Healing Nest Foundation has instituted a clear and compassionate policy for cancellations and refunds across all service offerings and handcrafted products made by the Titli School team. These policies are designed to ensure operational continuity, fairness, and flexibility for families, institutions, and donors, while maintaining accountability and planning discipline.
Applicability
This policy applies to all services booked through the “Book Now” option on our website, including therapy sessions, assessments, or home/school-based programs, all donations made through the “Donate Now” option, as well as all products bought from the website/offline.
Session Rescheduling Policy: Therapy Services & Invoiced Sessions
Effective 1st August 2025, each parent will be allowed a maximum of three (3) grace reschedules per month, regardless of when the cancellation is communicated. These grace instances are intended to offer flexibility for genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Please note:

No monetary refunds shall be processed for any missed or unused sessions.

All sessions booked and invoiced for a given month will be considered billed and confirmed, irrespective of attendance.

Requests to reschedule beyond the 3 permitted grace sessions will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered lapsed. These policies aim to ensure planning consistency while offering flexibility to support families facing unforeseen challenges.

Rescheduling is to be done at least 24 hours before. Any rescheduling done less than 24 hours will be counted as part of the grace quota used. All missed scheduled sessions are to be taken within the same calendar month and cannot be carried forward to next month.
Booking & Donations via Website

All bookings made via the “Book Now” functionality on our website are considered final.

Donations made through “Donate Now” are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they directly support underprivileged children and NGO operations.

Please double-check the amount and purpose before proceeding with your donation.
Product-Based Orders (Gifting Kits by Titli School)

Once placed, product orders (such as gifting kits, corporate welcome hampers) are not eligible for cancellation.

These are handcrafted by our special needs staff and produced on demand.

No monetary refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.

Exchanges are allowed only for defective/damaged deliveries and must be reported within 12 hours of receipt.
Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors

In the rare case of a technical error resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges, please notify us within 3 days of the transaction.

Upon verification, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from cancellations, refunds, or reschedules shall be resolved amicably. In case of continued disagreement, the decision of the Healing Nest Foundation management shall be final.
Legal Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. The jurisdiction for any legal matters shall be New Delhi, India.
