We have conducted awareness and sensitisation workshops with organisations including Barclays India, Krystellis, and Infodart, various schols engaging teams in meaningful conversations around mental well-being, neurodiversity, relationships, and inclusion.
Our sessions explore:

Understanding Autism & Developmental Differences
.
Building Empathy & Inclusion
Through these workshops, Healing Nest aims to move beyond information-sharing and create real shifts in perspective and everyday behaviour—helping workplaces, families, schools, and communities become more empathetic, supportive, and inclusive.
Because awareness creates understanding. Understanding creates empathy. And empathy creates inclusion.

At Healing Nest, we recognise that the emotional well-being of a family is deeply connected to the demands and realities of military life. Frequent relocations, periods of separation, changing environments, and the responsibilities of managing a household can bring unique emotional and psychological challenges—particularly for spouses and children.
As part of our commitment to making mental-health support more accessible, Healing Nest Foundation expanded its awareness and counselling programmes to work with Army wives and families, creating safe spaces to talk openly, reflect, seek support, and build practical strategies for navigating everyday challenges.
Our programmes addressed a range of concerns that are particularly relevant to families living with the realities of service life:
Managing Stress During Periods of Separation
Supporting Children Through Exam Stress
Positive Communication Within Families
Healthy communication
Navigating Frequent Transfers and Transitions
Building a Sense of Belonging
Understanding Social Isolation and Emotional Well-being
Through these programmes, Healing Nest aimed not only to create awareness but also to normalise conversations around mental health and emotional well-being. By equipping Army families with understanding, coping strategies, and supportive connections, we hope to strengthen the emotional resilience of individuals, relationships, and communities.
Because supporting those who serve also means supporting the families who stand beside them.

Supporting parents & enhancing the well-being of children
Our programs are designed to address the specific needs and challenges of the organization. Our experts create safe and supportive spaces for participants to learn, share experiences, and develop practical strategies.
We have collaborated with over 20 schools and organizations to provide workshops and training to their staff related to child development, and development delays.
By investing in the growth and development of children and adolescents, we contribute to building a healthier and more resilient society.
