Terms & Conditions – Healing Nest Foundation

1. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing and using www.healingnest.in or registering for any of our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. SERVICES OFFERED
We provide early intervention, therapy, workshops, special needs assessments, and community programs. Enrollment does not guarantee any outcome.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY
Users must be competent to contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors must be represented by legal guardians.

4. DONATIONS & TAX RECEIPTS
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Receipts eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act will be issued upon request on submission of valid & genuine Indian Government ID / Foreign applicable documents or ID.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Effective 1st August 2025, each parent will be allowed a maximum of three (3) grace reschedules per month, regardless of when the cancellation is communicated. These grace instances are intended to offer flexibility for genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Please note:
- No monetary refunds shall be processed for any missed or unused sessions.
- All sessions booked and invoiced for a given month will be considered billed and confirmed, irrespective of attendance.
- Requests to reschedule beyond the 3 permitted grace sessions will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered lapsed.                                                                                                                                                                        These policies aim to ensure planning consistency while offering flexibility to support families facing unforeseen challenges.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including images, videos, research material, and program content, is owned by Healing Nest Foundation and protected under copyright law.

7. USER CONTENT
You grant us permission to use your testimonials, images, or quotes only with your prior consent. Anonymization protocols are followed for children’s data.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HNF is not liable for therapeutic progress variations, data loss due to technical failure, or external links accessed via our website.

9. PROHIBITED USE
Users may not use the website for fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal activities, or attempt to disrupt our technical systems.

10. TERMINATION
HNF reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for any breach of these terms.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

13. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
